Whatever you call them, they are a must when you are a plus girl. To be honest I feel they should be wore at all times. . .but hey you like it I love it! As long as I don’t have to see anything that might make me sick! I personally have never been a fan a butt floss aka thongs. I prefer boy shorts and or anything that gives me a little coverage. Panties should always be worn if your going out in public. There should also be not worries about weather or now to wear them with your favorite white pants cause lets keep it real you shouldn’t be wearing those favorite white pants.

      I always thought Oprah was crazy when she talked about spanx. I now am a firm believer that every girl should own some kind of smoothing tank top. . .they do wonders! They come in all shapes and sizes, colors and strengths. Yes strengths! They have Medium, Super and Super-Duper. My fav. is super-duper, take it from me they do not mess around I recommend you only get Super-Duper if you plan on not eating and not sitting. The really awesome thing about shape wear is it makes everything look so sleek, not all lumpy and bumpy.

Bra. . .How we love to hate them!! When you are a FAT girl, it is hard to find the right fit! For the longest time I would get the wrong size bra then take the under wire out and just make it work by lifting and separating. Then I couldn’t take it anymore and I was fitted for a bra WOWZA I have some big girls!!! Lets just say I Love Layne Braynts bras, they are nothing short of amazing. That shirt that you always thought looked funny on you now looks stunning on you. I suggest if you are wearing the wrong size bra that you get to your local Layne Bryant and get fitted!

Just remember what ever the under garment make sure no one can see it!
