Weight Watcher? Not so much. . .

It was mid-summer and my amazing company offered to pay for a three month membership to weight watchers, not fully understanding all that would come with I signed up.  I found myself excited thinking of the endless possibility of being skinny. . .How great that would be.  The major plus was that I would have a support group and it would be for free. How hard could it actually be?
6/26/12 weight in day that’s when reality sank in, I had not stepped on a scale and looked at it in months. Anytime I would go to the doctor I would turn my head then get off like yep . . .glad that’s over with.  However by week four I was singing a new tune I found it much easier. I received by 5lbs loss mark and I was so happy!! I never in my life have lost weight and what seemed like so easily.
However by week 12 I was extremely stressed and depressed.  To add icing to the cake I received my biometric test results which pretty much said change your life style or your will die soon.  I called my doctor right away, I knew that I needed a change mind body and soul.  The doctor agreed and we came up with a plan to lose some LBS!! First thing first she adjusted my weight watchers diet, she wasn’t a fan.  However she was willing to compromise. That was Nov 6th. . .
